Cook some chicken breast however you want to cook it (avoid too much seasoning and stuff, though), let it cool, and shred it up.

Mix 1 full cup of your fav buffalo hot sauce (I use Frank’s Hot Buffalo), 1/4 cup ranch dressing, and the shredded chicken and mix it all together, it will become some gross looking light orangish chicken paste.

Take a big pyrex, line the bottom with one full package of cream cheese (I use Philadelphia 1/3 less fat, not because of the fat or anything but because I just think it tastes better), then layer your buffalo chicken mixture on top of it.

Layer on top with cheese to your liking, (I use mild cheddar, even though I like the sharpest cheddars, mild tastes best on this), add a few blue cheese crumbles and chopped up jalapeños.

Bake at 400 under the cheese starts bubbling and gets a bit crusty, let cool for a bit, then eat up.
